While making these takes more time than buying pre-made frozen ones, it's well worth it! These are soooo good. Always end up eating way more than I should.

You will need:
can of small biscuits
mozzarella cheese
parmesan cheese
peperoni
egg whites for brushing
dried oregano, basil, and garlic powder
pizza sauce for dipping
Step 1: Remove the biscuits from the can and lay them out. Flatten and stretch each biscuit so it is at least half an inch bigger around and somewhat thinner. The dough is elastic, so they will shrink a little bit after they are stretched.

Step 2: Place a piece of pepperoni in the center of each biscuit. Add a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese to each one and then another piece of pepperoni on top.

Step 3: Close the pizzas by folding the dough from the sides on top. Do this as if you were folding each corner of a square into the center of the square, so that the corners meet in the center. Overlap each fold a little and pinch the excess dough together in order to seal.

Step 4: While the oven is preheating to 425, lay in a greased glass pan and brush with egg whites.
Step 5: Top each pizza bite with a pinch of parmesan, garlic, oregano, and basil.
Step 6: Bake for 18-20 minuets.
Step 7: Allow to cool for a couple of minuets and enjoy with pizza sauce! These would make a great appetizer or party snack, but my family loves them for lunch too.
