Colorado State Fair 2018, Open Division in Arts and Crafts.

Historical one room cabin with beds for five, table and benches, woven rocking chair, spacious fire place, and free standing log structure.

Hand sewn quilts and mattresses stuffed with straw. Though not visible, the bed includes rope woven between the frame supports to act as a springy support below the mattress.

Handmade clay food and tiny stuffed mouse. Other handmade details include water bucket, burlap flour bag, hand sewn apron, and straw broom.

Exterior details. Stone chimney and interlocking logs gathered from the prairies around my home.
I'd love to answer any questions about this little cabin!
