It's always difficult to be regular about reading your Bible. School, work, family, starts to take the place of time in the Word. Having a checklist to mark every day helps you get in the habit of reading every day. Of course, you could just print one out. Or, if you want a cool piece of art, try this book shaped list.
What you need:

Fold the card stock in half and trace this design on one side. Cut along the lines and unfold the paper. This is the cover of your book. Trace the cover onto one of the sheets of computer paper. Cut inside the lines, so that the page is smaller than the cover. About a 1/4 inch cut off all the way around. Cut all three sheets of computer paper. Fold them in half.
On the first sheet write "Sunday" on the right side. Flip it over and write "Monday" on the left side and "Saturday" on the right.

To go with the big book look, I made the first letter of each word fancier. I pretty much just doodled some leaves and flowers, but if you draw, princesses, knights, and animals look very cool.
On the second sheet write "Friday" on the left side and "Tuesday" on the right. Flip it over and write "Wednesday" on the left, "Thursday" on the right.

Copy your reading plan onto the pages. If you don't have one, here are a few ideas.

Once your done, place the second sheet inside of the first sheet. Place both inside the third blank sheet, and all three inside the cover. Staple all 4 together. Tape or glue the ribbon inside the back cover. The ribbon isn't functional, it's just for looks.

Hang it up and mark it every day! Having to turn the page every couple of days helps me remember to read, and this turned out pretty cute. I had a relaxing evening doing this. Enjoy!
